- By placing an order at Dani handcraft you assure that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Dani handcraft for the sale and supply of any product or services.
2.1 The website, including all of its content, is owned by Daniel Pourrahmaty. The information is protected by intellectual property rights and market laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, as well as information about products or services may not be copied or used without written approval from Daniel Pourrahmaty.
Furthermore, it is prohibited to use the website or its content for:
- illegal purposes
- collecting or tracking others' personal information
- obscene or immoral purposes
- encouraging others to perform or participate in illegal activities
- violating international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
International Orders
Note on Taxes:
All prices are fixed. VAT is handled internally based on the customer’s location and type. For private customers within the EU, VAT may be included in the price and reported by the seller according to EU rules. For business customers (B2B) with a valid VAT number, no VAT is charged (reverse charge applies). For customers outside the EU, any import taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
