Thank you for choosing Dani Handcraft and our unique handmade clay art. Our goal is to ensure a fulfilling experience for all our customers, both in the EU and internationally. Please find below our refund policy which considers the nature of our products and complies with online sales regulations.
Standard Products
For customers within the EU, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to a 14-day refund period. If you wish to return a standard, non-customized product for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, please contact us at info@danihandcraft.com. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If it is not returned in its original condition and packing no refund will be possible. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Dani handcraft will examine the product as soon as it has been returned and contact you via email.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, including commissioned art tailored to your specifications, are exempt from the 14-day return period due to their personalized nature. These sales are considered final upon payment, but rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the finished product. After the design details have been finalized and production has begun, and due to the handcrafted nature of sculptures, once parts of the artwork are completed, they cannot be altered or remade. The sale remains final even if personal preferences change after completion.
Please note that full payment must be completed before your artwork can be shipped. If you choose not to proceed with the second payment, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your custom order after the first payment, please contact us directly. However, the 50% payment is non-refundable, as work on the artwork would have already begun.
Should there be any issues or concerns with your custom order, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are dedicated to resolving any issues in a way that respects the unique nature of custom-created art.
Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Please note that due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content, including The Dani Handcraft E-Course, are final and non-refundable. Once the course has been purchased, you will have immediate access to the materials, and refunds cannot be issued.

B2B Sales (Business-to-Business Orders)
Orders placed by companies or professionals using a valid VAT number are considered B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions. Please note that B2B purchases are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. All B2B sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Damaged or defective product
If you receive a defective or damaged item, irrespective of your location and if it is custom made or standard product, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving it with details of the product and the defect, along with clear pictures showing the damages and defects and the packaging. We will review your claim and notify you within 72 hours about eligibility for a refund, replacement, or any other suitable action. Eligible claims will result in a replacement, a refund of the purchase price via the original payment method, depending on each case.
Additional Information
International Orders:
Customers outside the EU should be aware that return and refund policies may differ. Please note that all international sales (outside the EU) are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on international orders. Of course, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will fully support you as described in the section Damaged or defective product.
We encourage international customers to contact us before placing an order if they have any questions about our products or policies.
Unclaimed Packages and Customs Charges
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local authorities. If a package is held by customs and remains unclaimed or if the customer does not pay the required charges, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
Refunds may not be possible for unclaimed packages, as the sale is typically considered final once the product has shipped. However, we encourage customers to contact us to discuss their situation, and we will do our best to assist.
Any additional costs incurred as a result of the package being returned to us (e.g., return shipping fees or customs charges) will not be covered by us.
