Shipping policy

Orders in stock are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. This timeframe includes the handling period required to carefully prepare your artwork for shipping. However, this may vary depending on the number of orders. Shipping times may also vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We utilize PostNord, Sweden's largest delivery company, for all shipments. Internationally, once your order reaches the destination country, the final delivery is often handled by the country's local postal services or carriers such as the United States Postal Service, FedEx, DHL or their equivalents, to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time.

Undeliverable Packages & Return Shipping:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or if the local postal service fails to deliver it for any reason, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. To have the item re-shipped, the customer must also cover the new shipping fee. Please note that in some cases, returned international packages may be discarded by the local or international postal service without prior notice, even if the return shipping fee has not yet been paid or the sender is not informed. Dani Handcraft is not responsible for lost or discarded returns due to postal handling beyond our control.
